Everyone who thinks Federer is too old, did you see Keifer's game just now? What do you think.

  1. nah if he can play so well at his age, then more power to him

  2. 31 is a looooooooooooooooong way from old.

  3. I have the tendency to root for the older tennis player, maybe because I have gotten older myself. That's a good thing though. That's a testament on how well the older players condition themselves when they were still younger. I hope these younger players keep playing til their 30's, just like Agassi!!!

But yeah! That game was a pleasure to watch!!!

  4. I root for the older guys too, they're the underdogs sometimes.

  5. All of the players have their moments. The ages of 30-35 is considered "old" for tennis. I honestly think that Keifer is just getting streaky like Tsonga in the Australian Open and Fish in that other hard court tournament. I believe that Kiefer will fall to Nadal in straight sets. He doesn't have a chance!

  6. i dunno. i try to steer clear from making stereotypical generalisations about age. obviously, keifer is in wonderful condition to be in this position. i say,if agassi can keep playing well into his mid-30's why not nicholas keifer? and look at martina navratilova....she came back when she was in her 50's. mary pierce is making comeback soon and she's 33! so it's irrelevant,age...i think it just depends on the player.

and btw,who the h**l said fed was too old?!! balderdash!

  7. i was routing for Simon...but they played one h**l of a game
