IS it bad for my teeth when I drink tea without sugar after brushing them in the evening?

  1. No I do not think so, only "bad" thing is the tea might stain your teeth.


  2. No not at all, sugary jellies are good to take to bed with you as well.

  3. Yes. Milk contains proteins.

  4. Green tea would be better than something darker, but all will stain your teeth to some degree. If you can't brush, try to drink some water afterwards to clean out your mouth.
