  1. Yes it is. Up to the 8th grade after that you have to choose stay or get a job,


  2. Either that or be home schooled, but you do have to show the government proof. I'm all but positive about that.

  3. Yes it is mandatory. And the minimum standard is way higher than we have in USA.
