IS it possible to remove scratches from the sapphires on my bracelet my mother gave me? PWEEZE HELP!?

I have this silver bracelet my mother gave me for my birthday that is made of big blue saphhires.. and somehow I scratched some of them.. probably when I went swimming and accidently had my wrist on the side of the pool ( I never take it off)

ok ... start taking it off.. because all you're going to do is scratch it more. Leave it at home in a safe place when you go swimming and other unsuitable times to wear jewellery.

a jeweller might be able to buff the scratches out... but i doubt

it.
