  1. Definitely not. If you are unable to meet the seller and make payment face-to-face, you could ask him for his bank account number and do a fund transfer from your bank's ATM. Or you could always mail him a cheque. Most current and savings accounts come with cheque books.

  2. When the money reaches the party, then it is safe but when the money doesn't reach the other party, whose fault?

Sending CASH is not encouraged as the envelop is being passed along before it reaches the destination. Try checking with banks where they can issue cheques for you.

  3. NEVER mail cash.  you have no record to prove payment, and it can easily be stolen.  Use a certified check or postal money order... either from the bank or post office.

You could also use your credit card, if you have one.

  4. Your best bet is to buy bank draft or cashier order. You pay the bank & they issue you the draft or order (crossed & non-negotiable).

  5. You can tell them that you will pay them upon delivery. You can either pass them the cash then or a cheque. Normally this is accepted. Do check with them.

  6. do you really think every man on earth is trustworthy ? especially when it is money issue.

you can try to post your money if you think there are no dark side on the land.
