IS the Yahoo group ProF1t-4-All a legitimate group?

Received an email from ann28x88 asking me to join this group. Sounds like a pyramid scam to me.

It does not sound legitimate to me.  Legitimate groups don't spam in order to get members. Legitimate group owners are not out of the country "until March 9" immediately after creating their groups. The group was created yesterday (2-29-08). Twenty-nine members in only one day of creation???  It sounds very fishy to me.  Topic subjects sound like codes from one person to others of interest. The content of each of the 13 messages is the same except one not wanting emails from group or email not working.

I wouldn't touch that group with a 10 foot pole!  I hope you do not respond to the email you received about joining that group.  Just mark it as spam and delete it.
