IS there a Time Warner Cable Channel that shows rugby at all?

I did catch the world sevens tournament in LA a couple of months ago, but I can't remember the channel...seems to be hit and miss sometimes.

Not likely, not since Fox Sports World switched to all soccer

There is not enough game stoppsge to put in the commercials so ruby is going to lack TV coverage until there is a huge outcry to watch it.  Then they could just charge more for the comercial spots because the reatings (the amount of people who will see the commercials) would justify the high prices.
