I would say that being wise reflects more on what is in the mind or the head. However, it is nice to hear such a thing as a wise heart. For there are reasons that are likely decide by the heart which the mind or the head cannot. Wise heart!

I have to agree with Yahoo :(((, that a wise heart is a rather not healthy heart.

I like to believe that it is our Mind that should be Wise.

Our Heart, should be a little fool to enjoy life as a child, playfully, joyfully.  I feel that a wise heart, misses the pleasure of loving spontaneously, being hurt, being happy....

I do not think the heart is capable of wisdom, but the mind is.  You can feel and care for others with the heart but do it wisely using the mind so that you will not be taken advantage of by others.

There is no heart, it is all the brain, the right side of brain is responsible for feelings "also known as heart", the left side for logic. A higher level of concisenesses that right side of brain stay in contact with left side while it functions independently might be what you are referring to as wise heart.
