IS there a plane you can fly in grand theft auto vice city? where?

I know where the helicopters are but i cant find ther plane..nor fo i know if you can even steal a plane

In the Vercetti Mansion ,the big mansion on th roof  top you can sea a helicopter. You can only get that when the mansion is yours.

                         "to go on the roof top use the stairs or ladder"

only the plane that lands on the water, which is on those filming studios...

the one you do jobs for...go to the back theres a small port

when you buy the filming stdios and do the mission where u drop all the posters for 'bite'! then you have the skimmer-it can land on water...but the problem is, u can go far out of the boudaries...so just do the mission and there u go!
