there is an mmo called Project Torque that is pretty fun but you need to download some stuff and have a good internet connection to play without lag. its free to play tho.

rFactor is one of the best racing games out there for PC. You can download patches for it to race in basically any series, F1, Nascar, WRC, etc. This also goes for tracks too.
