  1. Try health food store like Noah's on Bloor at Spadina or the Big Carrot on Danforth between Broadview and Pape.

White Honey (Miel is french for honey) is honey that has bit of the wax comb in it (when spinning it out of the comb, heat is involved and some of bees wax is left) making it go firm and solid, it is not pasturized the same way, and because of this the waxy portion stay in the honey and firm when cooled. The first person was right all grocery store sell it in small tubs in the aisle with the honey, jams and peanut butters. It was the only one my late father would eat, we knew it was him as there were always toast crumbs in the tub??

  2. One of the companies that manufacture honey is called BillyBee. You can go their website and get the information from them however, I think you should be able to get it at any grocery store.

  3. http://www.amazon.com/Thousand-Flower-Gr...
