There is a way, if you have the time , money and power required to quiz all the countries and get the statistics of Indians in their country :)

Seriously, there are so many indians abroad that it is close to impossible to find the number.

Of course. But the matter is normal individual cannot find easily. All these statistics will be maintained exactly by the immigration department. Once u are leaving the country for a foreign country, it is registered in your passport as well as in the records of Immigration department. So they will be having the exact no. and details of persons who are abroad. But the persons who breaching the law and migrating illegally will not be in these records.
