IS there somewhere in uk that fixes damaged VHS TAPES?

this tape has footage of a recently deceased parent but it was lying in a garage and is damaged, the tape was a little mangled in a certain part, weve tried playing it but all we get is sound and a blue screen, no picture, do you know of a company that can restore this tape for us as it is the only footage we have and we are heartbroken about it not working thanks.
