IS this capricorn guy testing me or lost interest?..plzzz help!!

so i have been meeting this guy ..we have met three times only and its been more than a month since our last meeting..but we do talk on msn alot and phone somttimes too..i was sooo sure he was interested in me initially..buh when i started showing interest i felt like he started backing off..he runs hot and cold on me alot..when we talk ,everything is perfect buh then for some days after he wont come online at all or contact me..he usually tells me to call him at night to talk but i always avoid it..buh recently when he did i called as i realized i was being too harsh on him and i wanted him to know i was equally intersted..everything went perfect..i asked him how his mom was and as he told me before how his mom was sick and then he told everything about how has she always has been and then he told me he hasnt talked bt this to ne1..he even told me to wake him up in the morning for his class..but then it hit me the next day that it is only me who maiking the effort recently.. he wanted to watch a movie with me buh when i said yes and asked when, he told me the next day he wasnt sure if he could make it as he was busy with exams in his course...i know he is doing a really hard course that keeps him busy alot..but i always thuught when a guy is trully interested in a girl he will always make time for her..i dunno what to do??

Well to start off, I think that it's a budding relationship. So if you're thinking he needs to make time, remember too that he's an Earth sign. Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo are notorious for needing some serious wake-up calls when it's about romance. Sometimes they might even seem to need you to twak them with Wok pans every now and then to make them even say ouch :-P (lol)

Anyway, being Capricorn, he's focussed on his education, because to him it means security and the future for him.
