  4. ISC is slow because of the threat from MUSLIM terrorists. They have to check everything! Especially since the muslims from yemen sent cartridge bombs on Qatar Air and Air Emirates. This has cost the American taxpayer huge sums of money for technology and payroll. You &^&$(^&!! who are from Iraq etc that are complaining here should return to the desert where you can go back to sh*tting where you eat and sleep.


  5. I have a Shipment coming from Check republic, I recived only one, the other arrived at ISC NY October 7th and I don´t know what to do. Tracking number begins with C.  The USPS Office in Texas says that they can´t do no anything. I Don´t find any answer. Any one can help?


     


  6. I have ordered small silver ring with semi-precious stone from Middle East and it is inbound in ISC New York since 17th Sept.! I think a corrupted official there was looking for a nice gift and he found it in my ring!!
    I came to USA from Iraq as refugee and I can say it is quiet surprising to see the high level of corruption and bureaucracy in America even compare to Iraq!!!
    It was mistake to come to America at the first place, Obama is a disaster and I will return to Iraq after what I have seen here, return to Iraq Oh home sweet home

  8. I ordered the same amount of Cigarettes from Djarum in Indonesia. Because our Congress decided they didn't want to sell "Flavored cigarettes", here in the US.
      So I now have to order from another country. They say it's because of children wanting them. I want to know, why do they still sell flavored Tabacco rolls? Does the Government know what people use those for? Sorry but I don't live under a rock. If you make things "Tabu", children will want them more.
    My order usually takes about a week. Now it is stuck in ISC in New York.
    I AM JONES-ING FOR MY STOAGIES!!!!!!!

  9. I just spoke to an agent 1800askusps. My item(s) showed entering ISC New York Ny on 8/6/10. No other activity. The agent says that reg mail is not trackable past ISC and that the USPS does not know where the item(s) are. Good job USPS.

  11. ISC in San Fransisco and Los Angeles are the best. They have never ever lost my package. NY now is my first experience. I ordered some electornics and was shipped express mail. It just arrived yesterday at ISC NY. As long as they don't lose or steal I am happy, it will get cleared in few days.

  12. OK so im emailing from the uk, I sent a package from here last month the first one arrived no probs the next with a customs notice has gone missing !!!!!!!!! It was international signed for, so which theiving little shite has the item. You send somethink to the uk and guess what it arrives in the intended persons mail...... Time to start international legal action it was worth a fortune

  14. I have document posted from Toronto for CA and its in ISC New York from last 7 days. Its so frustrating. I have to go with my family on oversea vacation and need those documents. I can't belive such lazy system exist in USA.

  15. This is the location of USPS ISC (International Service Center)in NY. It is full of overpaid lazy a*s,worthless f***s that can't even read which is why packages are constantly backlogged and take forever to leave there.And that sorry,good for nothing Postmaster General refuses to get off his fat a*s to do anything about it. It sucks, but that's the reality of it.

  16. Yeah. Good luck. Apparently our postal service f*****g blows! I have had a package sitting in ISC NY for over 10 days and not one postal employee can get off thier lazy a*s and do anything. I'm told that only the originating countrys' mail service can initiate a formal inquiry and that that process can take up to 23 days and still may not turn up your package. Obama needs to drop the health care crusade, stop going to basketball games and worry about USPS going down the s*****r.
