Presently there is severe shortage of man power at IT sector. Prepare a good QV. List the Companies from Telephone directory / yellow pages, send by mail to all companies. Now, the Industry is almost stopped giving advertisement in local papers,. Walk in interview,s are the order of the day. Have many hard copies and just go to Noida, early in the morning, you can come back with an appointment order, in evening. Good luck.
