IT Works DSC 551 - power on issue

Question

I have an IT WORKS DSC 551 camera.....All it appears to do is show the RED BUSY light for a few secs and then nothing...can anyone advise as to what the issue could be?I.T Works DSC551I.T.Works DSC 551
