Gustav, which is the one in the Gulf that is on the news right now will not hit NC.  That being said, you may get the reminants of it (rain) late next week. (very similar to the rain you got the middle to late last week... that was the reminants of Fay)

Tropical Storm Hanna may impact the Carolinas next weekend, but way to early to tell an accurate path as of yet.  If I were to keep a close eye out, it would be on that one.
