IT recruiters?

Has anyone ever used one? Worked as one? What do you feel the pros and cons are...and which is the best company to work with?

Try them, as complementary option. Don't trust them, but be open to what they can do. In some cases they can get you hired where others can't...

Never worked as one, but I've used a few:

Robert Half International

Paragon IT

Manpower IT

Palmer Group

The only thing I look out for is being treated like an IT "w***e."  Most recruiters are not looking for a good fit for you--just a nice commission....You can tell up front if they care or not...
