  1. You really should go see a doctor and possibly a dermatologist- that isn't normal and needs to be looked at!

  2. Allergies...

    Go see your doctor.

  3. if your a girl, this is COMPLETELY normal. DO NOT SCRATCH. the more you run and stuff, this will go away. i think it just means that you are burning calories.

  4. It sounds like your skin is sensitive to heat. Do you also get itchy after a warm/hot shower or bath? Or do you ever get red blotchy skin after a hot shower or exercise? I have this problem and i also use to get the really itchy legs while running like you are talking about. But, for some reason that problem seems to have gone away. I run 25-30 miles a week now, consistently, and maybe my skin has just gotten use to it. So, maybe this is something that will go away with time.  Also, are you warming up before you run? Rapidly changing body temperature can make the problem worse. So, I would start off walking and build up to a slow jog before you start running.

  5. Gold Bond my friend. Try putting some gold bond cream on before you go out on your run. Trust me, it helps!!!!!!!!

  6. Well my best advice for you is to try putting lotion on before you workout. My legs itch when i run too , unless i put lotion on before hand,so i know what your talking about. However if it doesnt help then you really should go to the doctor and see if there is something special that you need to do or put on.
