ITunes Album Artwork question

Question

When I drag an 'Album Artwork' onto one of my songs alnum artwork squares, it's fine. However, if i have a cover as the album art that I don't want, or is incorrect etc etc, it doesnt stay as the new one? Any help as in deleting the previous one for example?

Just delete the incorrect artwork, add the new artwork and make sure you save it.  I've never had a problem with iTunes storing the correct artwork this way.

Right-click the song with the wrong artwork in Itunes>

choose "show info" from the menu that just popped up>

look for and open the "illustration" tab>

delete the bad artwork and drag the good artwork to the artwork screen that is now open>

click on "Ok"...

should work but the "names" might be slightly different since I use the Dutch language version of Itunes...
