ITunes Question Concerning Moving Songs!?

I have my old iTunes Library on my Compaq desktop, with roughly 1000 songs. I recently bought an HP laptop. I was wondering if it is possible to move my songs from the desktop to the laptop? Also the desktop is windows XP and the laptop is windows vista. Any help would be great!

  1. you can save your songs in a hard drive then plug it in your laptop then copy them to the itunes in your hp. ctrl+A does the job!
