ITunes question easy

Question

If I delete my old itunes and replace it with another with I still have my music??

It wont let me just upgrade

The music will still be there on your computer. The library should still be there, but just in case back up the My Documents\My Music\iTunes folder before you uninstall. If your library is gone when you reinstall, then place the backed up version of the iTunes folder back into your My Music folder and restart iTunes. You probably won't have to deal with that though.
