IVF and Lupron question?

I am currently taking Lupron and waiting to begin the rest of my meds for IVF. I went to the Dr. on the 19th and my estridol was too high so they continued me on my shots until today when I went back again and it is still too high. I have to continue and go back Friday. Has this ever happened to anyone and should I be concerned? Any info would be very helpful!!

This happened to me but not on Lupron.  It turned out I had a cyst.  My RE told me that is why my estridol was high.  I had to wait until the cyst dissipated and I got my period.  Then my levels went back down to normal.
