Iam 283 6'4 need a good bodybuilding diet ?

i do 30min cardio a day. not trying to bulk up and yes i drink protean shakes 2-3 a day i would like a meal plan under 2300 cals if over that's ok just wanna tone up a little. thx y'all

  3. I did this thing in high school where i had a peanut butter sandwich every 2 hours with a glass of milk. I loved it.

  5. Try to stick to "clean" sources for your protein and carbs.  Ex. Grilled Chicken, Salmon, Lean Lean cuts of beef. and plenty of complex carbs like whole grain brown rice... don't try to cut your carbs too much or you won't have energy to get through productive workouts.  Stay away from sugar, soft drinks, and empty calories as much as possible.
