Headaches, vomiting and breast tenderness are all normal during pregnancy. Use a cool cloth while laying in a dark, quiet room for your headache. Eat a light snack (crackers, plain toast, banana or apple sauce).

Some women do bleed in their first trimester, however it should ALWAYS be investigated immediately by a doctor... so go to an ER.

You should have been on the phone with the doctor the first day. This sounds like you're miscarrying.  Call the doctor right now. BLEEDING BRIGHT RED IS NEVER NORMAL DURING PREGNANCY!
