Iam a IT fresher with PGDCA and wish to do job in Melbourne, Australia. Plz suggest what steps should i take?

My brother is doing hotel management diploma in melbourne.

How can i get a work visa as i dont have any work experience.

Should i gain experience in India and then try or what

You will have difficulty getting a work visa without IT experience as you would have little chance of passing the points test. You also need to have qualifications that are acceptable to the Australian Computer society.  If you have an Australian IT degree, you would have a reasonably good chance of getting a visa without experience as you get additional points for Australian qualifications. If your degree is from India, get some experience (say 2 years) and then apply.
