A credentialed legal family counselor can join many different psychology counseling forums as a member however, I should warn you that you must do your research to find authentic and reliable sources to market your skills as these sites will most likely require proof of your license and other credentials and given to the wrong individuals; you risk your identity being stolen.  Perhaps you can speak to the place you received your license to get some referrals for online counseling.  Good luck to you and your future endeavors.
