  1. yes depending on where you are moving from and where you are moving too.  many states are "reciprocal states".  this means that the license will transfer with just a new application and payment for license.  you do not have to take the state board exam in the new state.  i transferred mine from NC to SD and back again.  I had to inform NC and they mailed me a letter of clearance from NC to provide to SD. contact the state insurance commission you are moving to and they can tell you whats needed.


  2. why not. but if a different state, u might hafta retake tests to be licensed in that state.

  3. You would just need to transfer the license. Depending on if you work for an Company, They would know how to help you do this. I am not sure your moving status or I would provide you a more detail link. Contact the National Association Of Insurance Commissioners.
