Iam a women that weighs alot?

imam a women that is 5 feet 3 inches tall and i weigh 275. i cant seem to lose weight my legs hurt bad and my hip. i try to walk everyday. what to do help i think imam losing it or should i say imam big

  1. well you are very over weight according to your body mass index.. you may not beable to loose all the weight buy yourself.. start out with throwing out ALL unhealthy processed food and go get a personal trainer... if you dont have the money for that then the ATKINS diet is VERY efficent if you go to google and type in atkins diet it will come right up..

    no joke it seems veryy weird and fake but its not.. you cant eat any carbs and your body them becomes carb provivied and it starts to eat the fat instead of the carbs hope i helped(:  


  2. You must see your doctor about this. Have you been tested for diabetes or thyroid issues? If not, do so... and have a complete physical and blood work up done.

    Do not take on any diet or exercise until you have spoken with your doctor. As well, ask him/her to refer you to specialists that can help you in losing weight safely.

  3. well what have u done other than walking to help u lose weight? have changed ur eating habits? or anythign else?

    Talk to your doctor about a weight loss plan. If you try anything else to lose weight it could be harmful. Walking is GOOD. Walk a lot. Maybe more then you're doing. A couple miles or more. It might take a while, but it will be worth it.

    As a rule for food :

    (sometimes I think like this)

    If it wasn't in the garden of Eden, don't eat it.

    Fruits, veggies = mmmm

    Fast food...  no no no as good as it tastes.

    Eat several small meals in the day. It will keep your matabolism going.

    Oooo I remember something. Those that eat off of smaller plates, eat less.

  5. you've already discovered that your weight is bad for your health. It's not going to get any better. So do you really think saying 'I'm big' is an option?

    You need a proper doctor supervised weight reduction/exercise plan and a check (like the paramedic said) in case you have any condition affecting your weight. Go for it! Good luck

  6. Look up diet.com and get serious about your health.  No processed food, reduce sugar, and walk, alot.  You will lose weight.
