I have 23 years old and i born in america, i have an american birth certificate and passport but i live in sudan now and i want to marry sudanese man and my question if i married him can he obtain the american nationality

have the person get his citizen ship because he can still be shipped back to where he came from and you with out a spouse.

Only if he lives there for a certain number of years first (it's 2 for the UK, not sure if it's the same for America), then he can apply for citizenship.
