find a school in a city you like and apply.  then you need to get a visa, funding, etc.  good luck

Are you studying dentistry as an undergraduate? In the US, dental school is only available as a graduate course. You need to have a bachelor's degree before you can apply. So if you are currently an undergraduate, then you can not simply transfer to a dental school in the US.

If possible, finish out your coursework in Egypt. Then apply to a US graduate school for a post graduate course, to qualify to become a dentist in the US. If Egypt has an educational minister, you may want to contact that office. You can also speak with the US consulate in Egypt to see what they can suggest.
