Iam doing engineering in electronics and communications. Iam really not intrested to do a job after this?

though. Can i just jump into advertising after this? and advertising, i dont wanna do the office work of advertising, iam more intrested in doing commericial ads and the brand designing and all that. What course am i supposed to do for it? And also, if i do fashion photography will it help in advertising?
