  1. A 1 way ticket from Shannon to Limerick costs around €8. The bus will drop you at the Bus Airas bus station.

  2. Bus Eireann is approximately €6 something for a one way trip (I can't remember how many cents), double it for a return ticket.  It goes through Shannon Town, passes through Sixmilebrige & Bunratty from there it's just dual carriageway to Limerick and in Limerick it enters the city via the Ennis Road, goes over Sarsfield Bridge, up William Street then turns right onto Gerald Griffin Street and goes into the Station.  There are stops on William Street & before the station but you'll need to let the driver know if you want to get out before the station

There's a Bus Eireann booth in the airport & you'll be able to buy your ticket there (apparently drivers prefer it if you buy the ticket beforehand).

There is a private coach service that goes into Limerick from Shannon Airport & one of its stops is Arthur's Quay, I've never used it so I don't know how much it costs.

Edit: according to this link it's €6.20 for a single and €10.10 for a return

Edit: Busaras is in Dublin, the station in Limerick is called Colbert Station
