because iam going on a trip. and instead of spending double for people. i wanted to just buy presents on my vacation like a late christmas gift. should i do it what whats the amount i shoud spend in mexico city and ixtapa nad morelia? those r the places iam going etc and does mexico city have gucci store? and is it cheaper in peso? and should i buy a gucci cary on there or where i live?

Hmmm, lots of parts to this question. Let me see. Well, depending on what type of gifts you like to give you might as well buy them in Mexico. Really, it is a personal choice that needs you to take into consideration the hassle of lugging extra packages around and the extra expense that they would incur if you are flying. Will the cost and hassles of that be equal to the savings of buying them at home? If you are thinking of buying Gucci stuff, I would buy it in USA (I am assuming) and pack it like it was your personal stuff so you can avoid impuestos. Have it wrapped when you get there and avoid the hassles at customs.
