you need strong relationships and an established track record before people will send work to you personally. your best bet is to work for someone who already has the relationships and learn from them before you try this on your own.

its transcription not transmision(transmission)....u need hardcore  team of doctors which for ur medical facility..i sugest u work..some time with these kind of companies ...and later on start..on ur own ...till then many more opportunties will come up...
