Iam not able to down load the wallpapers and ring tones from other websites to Lg 6330 model phones?

if i am not able to down load the ring tones and wallpapers from other websites what is the use of taking the lg 6330?

we are thinking to go for other subscribers which can down load form other web sites shall i go or not ?
