try the Philippines, you can honeymoon there in hotels beside beaches. I know a beach called Boracay, it has white sand and a clean water in the sea and nice hotels where the people there are respectful and productive.

The Philippines are awesome.

I live in america so i dont know how much 60000RS. is so thats all i can recomend that might be in your budget.
