i dont want to earn for money. i want to help the needy n do something good in my life. pleas help.

Join any group / club / society in your area. You can assist others in person also. Many NGO are not helping others. Do can  give food, clothes, old clothes to needy etc. near construction sites etc. You can offer water on any part of GT Road

What's your area of expertise? What skills do you have that are needed by those served by NGOs? There are all sorts of people who have good hearts -- but what can you actually bring to an NGO?

You can look for NGOs in Delhi yourself -- many are quite Internet savvy and are easy to find on the Internet. Prepare a resume and cover letter for each organization and ask for an informational interview, so that you can meet different organizations and they can meet you.
