  1. Not to Sleep on Bed, Use Cotton Filled Matress and Sleep on it, not to use Foam and use Back Care while Driving and Sitting on Chair.

  2. Doctor is the best consultant.

  3. I had the same problem when i first started driving two years ago when i was 16 you may be your just tense from being a new driver or your seat is not adjusted correctly. Best of luck to you.

  4. 1. Maybe you're tensing up because you're not comfortable driving yet.  Try to relax.

    2. Maybe even without the wallet the problem is how you're sitting.  Try moving your seat and steering wheel into other positions, change the height of the seat belt if it moves, don't sit in the exact same position for a long time, try putting a cushion under you or behind your back, and try holding onto a different part of the steering wheel and changing the hand you primarily steer with.

  5. It might just be that your body isn't used to you holding your arm up (to hold onto the steering wheel) on that side.  If that's the case, then you'll get used to it.  Try resting your elbow somewhere on the door when driving to take some of the pressure off.  Also, make sure your seat is adjusted properly and you have good lumbar support (lower back).  It will help with the upper back too and might just be the way you're sitting.  If neither of these things are the case, and the pain is really severe, then go to your doctor and see what they think.

  6. weekly twice you take oil bathing with hot water and then you see after a month your problem will not be with you.
