iam very frustrated . i download my printer onto my computer. if u print a test page it works. if u go into the proterties or wherever and press test page, it reads. but if you open the lexmark all in one, or the lexmark solutions and try to scan or copy. it says that you must be disconnected or need to restart or need to unplug or , etc. whats the problem?
