So recently my friend had told me that Iams uses testing facilities for their dog and cat food; No harm in that, right? But what I was told is that they cut chunks of muscle out of dogs hind legs for testing and have intentionally cut open dogs gums and sewed them back just to test a brand of dental dog food. And I guess when they've done all that, they adopt them off to various other testing facilities. Is this being over exaggerated or is this something that Iams is truly guilty of? Do other brands of dog food get this extreme with their animal testing?
