England’s classy batsman, Ian Bell, is delighted to be back in action after a long break from international cricket.

Bell is determined to be even more impressive this year, and said that he is happy to return to work after two months of relative inactivity.
"It's nice to have had a break. But a month or two into it, you're itching to get back in the nets and practice. It was brilliant to get out there. We're going to really enjoy the next week of preparation, and getting ready," said Bell.
The Englishmen will start off New Year with a crunch three-match Test series against the Green Shirts, beginning on January 17, 2012. and Affiliate XI this weekend.

Bell admitted that Pakistan is not an easy opposition, adding that the Poms will have to play very good cricket in order to beat the home side.
"Pakistan have been playing some really good cricket, and obviously know these grounds pretty well - having played here for a while now. It's going to be a tough series, and we've got to prepare really well for the next week and make sure we're ready to
go for this next Test match," added the 29-year-old stylish right-hander who holds an average of almost 50 in Test matches.
