Ibm bios problem

Question

i have ibm (82845) system. first time when i switch on the cpu, the power LED is glowing ON but on display. i need to press the power switch untill the power LED is OFF. once i press the power switchthe led automatically goes OFF within 5 sec. third time i need to press the power switch , then only the system gets ON. the same problem is in more than 30 nos of systems.pls help me to solve this problemthank you
