Ibm thinkpad 600x

Question

my think pad is purchased off ebay and worked well for first couple days.now when i turn it on it just goes to black page asking about starting windows normally or safe modes or last working configuration and i have tried all,but it just restarts and goes right back to that same page.please,what do i do?
