The Rossoneri chief has once again revealed his desire of signing the Manchester City striker and insisted that they will fight till the end to sign him. Reports in the Italian media circulated a few days back that the Italian
Champions are looking to include injury-prone, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexandre-Pato-c4901, in a swap move with the Argentine international.
Galliani has once again rejected the rumours and insists that none of his strikers is for sale. The 67-year-old added that Milan are interested in signing the former Manchester United star as a replacement for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Antonio-Cassano-c6302,
who is set to miss out for the remainder of the season following a heart surgery.
The chief heaped praise on Pato and insisted that despite his injury worries, the Brazilian is an important member in the club’s future plans and they will not let him leave.
While talking to the reporters, Galliani said, “There is no chance that Pato can leave. If Tevez signs then it will be because Cassano has had the problem that we all know about. Pato, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029 are untouchable.
This isn’t a brilliant moment for him, but Pato is Pato. He scores almost a goal every two games. There is no Pato problem.”
Talking about full-back, Taye Taiwo’s situation at the club, Galliani confirmed that he will look into the Nigerian’s interview and will decide on what needs to be done.
“I’ve not read Taiwo’s interview, but I will. If the player wants to be sold then we’ll look to find a solution that suits everybody.” added the former Lega Calcio chief
Taiwo joined the Italian Champions on a free transfer before the start of the ongoing season and he is not happy with the amount of playing time given to him thus far. The Nigerian international has made only six first-team appearances
for the Italian Champions and is looking to leave Milan in the January transfer window.
