Ibrahimovic getting bored of football and might quit in few years: Serie A news
A.C Milan striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029, has revealed that he is not enjoying his game as he used to enjoy it four or five years back.
Ibrahimovic, who recently turned 30, admitted in an interview on his birthday that he is in the latter stages of his playing career and has now casted fresh doubts about his future. The Swede added that football was his main priority
in his boyhood days but now he has many other things above the game.
Ibra said, “Football was everything to me, but now I’m interested in other things. Before football was everything to me. I did not think about anything else and sometimes I didn’t even go to school so that I could play. Now it
is not like that, I'm interested in other things.”
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan striker revealed that he used to skip his school to play football but now he cannot even play in the playground with his kids.
“It even takes a great deal of effort for me to play football with my kids in the garden – I now leave it to the babysitter.”
Ibrahimovic admitted that age factor takes its toll on a player, as he is feeling the effects of getting older now. The striker added that he used to play with injuries in his boyhood days but now he cannot risk it.
"When I was young, if I felt any pain or had any problems then I could still shoot at goal from 40 meters away."
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 star believes that he still has few years left in his playing career and will quit the game whenever he feels necessary.
Ibrahimovic has been inspirational in A.C Milan’s success since joining the club before the 2010/11 season. The Swedish international played a huge role in helping his side to win the Scudetto last season.
The striker has switched four clubs in the past five years and he is started to feel comfortable in Milan. His statements will not please the Rossoneri supporters as they would love to see him playing for many more years to come.
