Well today after I got home from school I drank 3 sodas and 1 energy drink and I am still up at 4:43 am trying to go to sleep. Then I went to my dad and asked him if theres anything I could take to make me sleep easier or make me sleepy and he gave me 2 tablets of Ibuprofen each 200mg each and right know I'm still trying to sleep but I cant and I think I'm getting side effect cause I keep hearing things, I'm hallucinating, and I keep getting random panic attacks. I was wondering if there is also a limit of Ibuprofen that a person who is 13 years old should take? Not that I'm addicted to them it's just I'm scared about Oding and want to know how many Ibuprofens you would need to take in order to OD.

  1. The Ibuprofen won't help you get to sleep.  You have no reason to take anymore unless you are in physical pain.  Even if you are, I would wait a few hours before taking any more, if you so choose to do so.

As far as being able to fall asleep, there are several hundred opinions on the internet about how to fall asleep.  Whether these work or not can be argued.

As far as your panic attacks, they could be a result of you being concerned that something is wrong with you, because you can't sleep.  Or it could be more.  If you start feeling worse, or continue feeling like this throughout the day, you should seek medical attention.

  2. 2 is totally normal and youd have to take like 5 to od on them... but you can take 2 at once then take 1 every 6 hours... and they dont help you get to sleep... and your jut suffering from placebo effect where you were scared in the first place so then you started making up the hulicnations and hearing things....  and no it wont help you sleep

  3. WTH?

You're 13. Stop drinking so much soda and energy drinks. Drink water.

    Problem solved.
