the brand name for that pain killer is darvocet.  This is the weakest opoyd pain killer I've ever encountered in my life.  Darvocet comes in 50 100 and 500 I think but that's besides the point.  This is not used in the UK anymore for fear of the toxisity of it.  This can be used in the ER as well.  Most docters try to start patients on this drug because it is the lowest or atleast one of the lowest on the opeoyd scale.  It is also a schedule 4 controled substance so don't be handing it out to friends, not saying you would, but taking many of these can be deadly so don't take more than the docter prescribed but if you refuse to listen the maximum dose I would ever take would be three but I have a tollerance and if you didn't know what the pill was than chances are you have little to no tollerance.  You may ask your docter for something stronger and they may give you tylanal 3 with codine in it or ultracet and maybe vicodin 5 milligram hydrocodone with 500 milligrams of aseedominfen.  I wrote those in the order of strength.  Remember these pills can be toxic and they have a lot of aseedominifen in them so don't take a bunch and think you'll feel better just tell your docter.  Hope this helps I tried to be as detailed as possible.
