Icbc wants my sunglasses from my accident for a cheque, can i give them fake glasses that were 5$?

i was in an accident a few weeks ago and my new oakley sunglasses were wrecked a little

but i fixed em n they want them back to replace them with a cheque

do u think i could give them stupid look-a-likes and fool them

all i have to do is give them to the front desk to a secretary

so i can keep em n also get the cheque?

I highly doubt they wouldn't know the difference.  If they do spot the difference, you will be caught for insurance fraud and I would hope prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
